Betslot may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If you fail to cooperate with identity verification
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• If the user requests it themselves

Users may also close their account at any time. In such cases, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the payment account registered in their name, typically within 3–7 business days.
